Warranty Information

The Mitel^® equipment we sell & repair has a two-year warranty unless noted.

We track the warranty of an item by the Serial Number.

During the warranty period we will repair the defective equipment at no charge.  We can advance replace the equipment if we have the same item in stock.

Warranties are voided on equipment that has been damaged from liquid spills or lightning hits.
